When you register on our website, we store the data entered in the registration form (e.g. name, email address). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Data is stored for as long as your user account exists with us.

API Usage Data

When using our Email Validation API, we log the validated email addresses, the validation result, and response time. This data is used to provide the service, for billing, and to improve our services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Web Analytics

We use a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool for web analytics. It runs on our own servers in Germany and uses no cookies. No personal data is transmitted to third parties. The analysis is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of user behavior for the optimization of our service).

Only anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referrers, browser type, and screen size is collected. Identification of individual users is not possible.

Contact via Email

If you contact us via email, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
